What exactly is included in the per-minute rate?+
The speech engine (recognition + dialect-native synthesis), the orchestration layer, the knowledge base / retrieval, tool and function calls, and call analytics. There are no separate per-component charges. The one thing billed separately is telephony — PSTN minutes and phone numbers — and that is passed through at cost.
Is Arabic really more than a checkbox?+
Yes. The Arabic tier runs on a dialect-native engine that hears Egyptian, Saudi, Gulf, Levantine and 10 more dialects as spoken — not flattened to MSA — and code-switches to English digits and terms the way callers actually talk. It's a different engine, not a language flag.

Can I cancel anytime?+
