Whizz Voice launch — dialect-native voice agents

  • The call loop is live: a call rings a web widget, a platform number, or your SIP trunk; the agent answers in under a second, in the caller's dialect.
  • 14 Arabic dialects with native voices — Egyptian, Saudi, Gulf, Levantine, MSA and more — served by the Dialect Engine, with English code-switching mid-call.
  • 32 languages across two engines, 52+ distinct voices, first audio back in about 480ms.
  • Agents call your tools and functions mid-call, ground answers in a knowledge base, and hand off to a human with full context when needed.
  • REST API end to end: agents, phone numbers, calls and batch outbound campaigns — wz_live_ bearer keys, signed webhooks (whsec_), usage metering.
  • Transparent all-in pricing: $0.05–0.15 per minute by language tier, telephony billed at cost, $5 free credit with no card.
beta

Private beta — the router and the two engines

  • The language router went live: Arabic and code-switched calls route to the Dialect Engine, English and 31 languages to the Global Engine — invisible to the caller.
  • Full-duplex audio with barge-in: callers can interrupt mid-sentence and the agent yields, like a real conversation.
  • The web-call widget, simulated-caller testing, and per-agent AI-disclosure and recording-consent gates landed for beta workspaces.
