Terms of Service

Effective 13 July 2026 · Version 1.0

1. The agreement

These terms govern use of Whizz Voice, operated by Whizz Tech, Office 218, Binghatti Azure, JVC, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). By creating an account or calling the API you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

2. The service

Whizz Voice is a voice-agent platform. You configure AI voice agents — persona, first message, languages and dialect, tools, and knowledge base — and deploy them to take inbound calls over a web widget, a platform phone number, or your own SIP trunk, and to place outbound calls and campaigns. Agents recognize speech, reason, speak dialect-native replies, call the functions you define, and return transcripts and outcomes via dashboard, API, and webhooks.

3. Calling, recording, and disclosure

Your agents talk to real people. You are responsible for how they are used, and you warrant that:

  • you have a lawful basis to call each person your agents contact, and you respect do-not-call, calling-time, and consent requirements in every relevant jurisdiction;
  • where an agent records a call, you meet the recording-notice and consent requirements that apply — the platform provides a recording-consent gate to help, but the obligation is yours;
  • you disclose that callers are speaking with an automated system where required — the AI-disclosure gate is on by default, and you agree not to disable it to deceive callers;
  • you do not configure an agent to impersonate a specific real individual without that person's authorization.

For personal data inside calls you are the controller and we are your processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. We will assist with data-subject requests routed to us and will never sell call data or use it to train models.

4. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for activity under your organization, including all API keys issued to it. Keep keys secret; rotate any key you believe is exposed. We may suspend keys involved in abuse while we investigate.

5. Plans, usage, and billing

  • Plans include a monthly call credit; voice minutes draw it down at your language tier's per-minute rate, and usage beyond it meters at the same rate. Prices are those posted on the pricing page at the time of use.
  • Voice is billed per second after a 10-second minimum. The per-minute rate is all-in — speech, orchestration, knowledge base, tools, and analytics included.
  • Telephony — PSTN minutes and phone numbers — is billed separately at cost. Bringing your own carrier or SIP trunk means we charge nothing for the telephony leg.
  • The $5 free credit is a one-time grant, carries no cash value, and may not be transferred. Unused monthly plan credit does not roll over.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or applicable law say otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • make calls you have no lawful basis to make — no spam, no scams, no harassment, no calls that ignore do-not-call or consent rules;
  • deceive people about who or what they are talking to, including disabling AI disclosure to impersonate a human where disclosure is required;
  • clone or impersonate a specific person's voice or identity without authorization;
  • record people unlawfully or without a required basis;
  • probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls;
  • resell raw API access without our written agreement.

7. Output accuracy

Speech recognition and language models can mishear or misjudge, and an agent can give a wrong or incomplete answer. Agents are tools you configure and supervise; you are responsible for the instructions, knowledge, and tools you give them and for the outcomes of the calls they handle. Do not deploy an agent for decisions it isn't fit to make without human oversight.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scheduled maintenance and third-party model, speech, or carrier outages may affect the service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time; your data — call records, transcripts, and outcomes — is exportable before you go. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure, data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. If you require an enterprise agreement with different terms — DPAs, SCCs, data residency, custom liability caps — contact support@whizztech.ai.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to organization owners at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
